Daughter of Nick Seddon, Emerald has quite literally grown up in the industry and has inherited a wealth of knowledge along the way. Starting off her career 20 years ago leaflet dropping and stuffing envelopes, Emerald has since set up the very successful Lettings division, become a partner of the firm, and now runs the office in the beloved town where she grew up. Being born in Bampton, and grown up in the area, Emerald knows the area considerably well.
