The area offers superb walking, riding and cycling routes with the beautiful Exmoor National Park just a few miles to the north and the rugged North Devon coastline to the northwest.

The property is approached over a long shared driveway. There is ample parking beside the house and a private drive leads down to the detached double garage with sliding oak doors, power and light connected, adjoining car port and a detached stone built tractor/garden store.
