Heading towards the village from Tiverton, pass the farm shop on the approach to the village and proceed along High St, pass through the first set of traffic calming areas and you will see a right hand turning into Pond Hill, pass the turning and shortly after there will be a private driveway marked 49A, the cottage will be seen down the driveway to the right.
