From the roadside I was intrigued at what lay beyond the somewhat modest, unassuming exterior. There is plenty of parking here at the front of the house, a single garage and sheds. The property is shielded from the road by hedging and there is ample space to create further garaging/parking if required (subject to relevant permissions).

The front door is arched and very solid, possibly original, but a lovely feature nonetheless. This leads you into a very impressive and spacious entrance hallway. Quality oak effect vinyl flooring flows throughout this space and through to the kitchen and family room. There is a pretty little cloakroom off of the hallway and a glazed door leading out to the garden.

The lounge is lovely - new plush carpets feel sumptuous underfoot and it is tastefully decorated in tones of Wedgewood blue, this room is tranquil and calm with the added benefit of a new white log burning stove - a super focal point. The ensuite is nicely done, with a large sink set in a vanity unit, mirror with lights and digital clock, wc, grey tiles interspersed with mosaics and a walk in shower with rainfall head, and handheld attachment. Bedroom two is similar in size, with a lovely garden outlook and also has an ensuite shower room . Bedroom three is another impressive double with access to the loft space and bedroom four is a good size single with a pretty window - this would make a super office for those needing to work from home. I really like the family bathroom here, it features a newly fitted white suite including a P'shaped whirlpool bath with striking black shower and tap fittings, matt black radiator, eye-catching lino flooring and all complimented by duck egg coloured metro tiles.

The roof space here is vast and features some pretty windows. Historically there was a small staircase up to this level, so this could be reinstated if desired and this space transformed into additional accommodation (subject to planning).

The rear garden is accessible from three of the ground floor rooms, creating a really sociable entertaining space and I can imagine the doors being open in the Summer months and using the patio area for dining and entertaining.
