DIRECTIONS
From Seddons' office, proceed out of the town, across junction 28 of the M5 in the direction of Honiton, A373. After approximately 2.5 miles take a left turn at Post Cross to Kentisbeare. Proceed towards the village and take the second right turn, sign posted Blackborough, Stowford Water and Sainthill and proceed along the lanes for approx. 1.5miles to Blackborough.
