From the Tiverton direction take the A361 North Devon Link road towards Barnstaple and South Molton for approximately 5 miles, turning right where signed to Stoodleigh. Follow this country road for about 1 mile and after passing the Stoodleigh sign and the Village Hall on your right, 1 Sawyard Cottages will be seen on the left.
