This is a well presented four bedroomed family house, tucked away at the far end of Juniper Close, on the popular Moorhayes development on the northern outskirts of Tiverton.
The property benefits from plenty of parking and includes a double garage and an additional gated hard standing which would be ideal for a camper van, boat or additional vehicles.
The house is very well proportioned - the original layout has been modified and improved to create a lovely kitchen dining room, with double doors to the rear garden and a single storey extension now houses the utility room.
The sitting room is a great size; a nice light room being dual aspect and with patio doors to the garden. A wood burning stove provides a great focal point.
The four bedrooms are a good size with the master bedroom having built in wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. The second and third bedrooms are good doubles, one with built in wardrobes; and the fourth bedroom is a good single.
The family bathroom has been very well kept, with a white suite comprising a p-shaped bath with a shower above, wash basin with vanity unit and a WC.
Of particular note is the size of the plot - larger than most and with plenty of parking. The rear garden has been gently tiered into two areas, both level and easy to maintain. A vegetable patch is tucked away to one corner. A block paved area provides a pleasant area for seating, and an additional area between the utility room and the garage makes for a private spot for the hot tub! A useful timber store is found beyond the garage.
There is plenty of parking in front of the double garage, but if this weren't enough, a concrete hard standing is found to the side of the house beyond the garden fence and would be perfect for a camper van etc. There is currently a timber log store here, but this could be easily moved if necessary.
All in all, a super family house that really should be viewed to be fully appreciated!
Tiverton is a busy market town with a population of about 23,000 set in the picturesque Exe Valley about 15 miles north of Exeter. The town has a good shopping centre and an excellent range of educational facilities including Petroc College and Blundells Independent School for boys and girls together with its associated private preparatory school.
There are many clubs and sporting facilities including an excellent leisure centre with a swimming pool and gym, and for the golfer there is a very good 18 hole golf course on the town outskirts.
