On entering there is a spacious hallway branching off to the kitchen and living room, with stairs rising to the first floor. The kitchen has an integrated cooker with gas hob and the current fridge freezer and washing machine are available to purchase for a small fee or they can be removed to make space for your own. The living room is a good size and has patio doors out onto the enclosed garden behind. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower over the bath.
The garden is mostly lawned with a small patioed area. There is a side gate for access to the front of the house where there is off road parking for a couple of cars.

Permitted Payments
As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments.
Before the tenancy starts (payable to Seddons Lettings ‘the Agent’)
Holding Deposit: 1 week’s rent
Deposit: 5 weeks’ rent
The holding deposit, the equivalent of one weeks rent, will be allocated to the first month’s rent once satisfactory references have been received. The holding deposit is non-refundable, if a tenant withdraws their application once referencing has commenced or, if misleading information is provided or information is withheld on the application form.
