Situated in a rural but not isolated position just 15 minutes’ drive from Tiverton, The Cob Barn has plenty of character and far reaching views across surrounding Devon countryside.

The bathroom has a separate bath and shower cubicle, and the largest bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Three of the bedrooms are doubles and the fourth is a good single.

A footpath leads around to the back of the property and the level lawned garden is south facing, enjoying spectacular views as far as Dartmoor on a sunny day. Holding Deposit: 1 week’s rent

Deposit: 5 weeks’ rent

The holding deposit, the equivalent of one weeks rent, will be allocated to the first month’s rent once satisfactory references have been received. The holding deposit is non-refundable, if a tenant withdraws their application once referencing has commenced or, if misleading information is provided or information is withheld on the application form.
