From J28 of the M5 and Cullompton, proceed through Fore Street and Exeter Road, and straight over the roundabout adjoining the Padbrook Park Hotel, to Bradninch. On reaching the town, proceed through Fore Street, and turn left opposite the Spar shop. Take the next left, sign posted Mill Way, leading to Culver Close and at the end of this road, Oaklea can be seen to the right with a Seddons' board.
