*Watch the Video Tour* Views, views, views! Rural yet easy access to M5 links. 3 bedrooms, garden with Ha-Ha and plenty of parking. Located within the Uffculme School catchment. No onward chain.
Situated in an enviable position with views from every direction, this property is not to be missed. The property has been fully refurbished and modernised throughout, and a significant extension has been added to provide a spacious open plan kitchen/living room, which includes an oil-fired Rayburn, providing cooking facilities and is also the boiler for the heating. In addition to this there is an inglenook fireplace, underfloor heating in the kitchen, family room and utility.
There are large bi-folding doors that open onto the garden patio, extending the living area on the warmer days. The house also benefits from a separate sitting room, utility, and WC. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom with his and her sinks.
The property is approached via a large gravel drive with plenty of parking, and room for a motorhome or boat. The side of the property gives access to the rear garden, which is mainly laid to lawn with a patio area for a table and chairs, to sit and enjoy the fantastic views in the sunshine. The southerly facing garden is a good size, however the Ha-Ha extends the view over the fields behind, whilst providing boundaries for grazing livestock.
