A newly built, semi-detached, family home finished to an attractive, high specification and providing spacious accommodation in a popular and convenient location.
This superb new house is being built as one of a pair, on a generous plot in the middle of the popular village of Hemyock. With over 100 square metres of floorspace, the accommodation offers as much room as many four-bedroom houses, so is ideal for a growing family.
The living space is light and airy with underfloor heating, and has a large entrance hall, leading to the open plan kitchen and dining/family room, with patio doors leading to the garden. There is a useful utility room adjoining and a downstairs cloak room. The front sitting room is a good size and ideal for retiring into to relax at the end of the day.
Upstairs, there are two large double bedrooms, with the master having an en suite shower room, and a third, single bedroom, which could also be used as a home office, if required. The family bathroom is fitted in a contemporary style with a white suite with a P-shaped bath with shower over.
On approach, there is a good-sized front garden, with a covered stream, setting the house back from the village street. There is parking for two cars to the rear and access to the rear garden, with a sitting area and scope to design your own outside living space.Hemyock has a good range of local amenities including a doctors' surgery, mini-market, post office, primary school, local pub, recreation facilities, clubs and churches. The primary school feeds into Uffculme School, rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted. There are regular bus services through the village and easy access to the motorway and Tiverton Parkway Station for commuting.
