From Seddons Cullompton office, proceed to the right and take the first turning on your right into Tiverton Road. Follow this road for about 0.5 mile and take the fourth turning left into Swallow Way. Follow this road for about 0.3 miles and take the second right into Martin Way then take the next right into Trott Close where you will see number 15 towards the end of the close on your right with a Seddons Board.
