From Cullompton, proceed, passing the Padbrook Park Hotel on the right, to Bradninch. On reaching Bradninch, proceed up Fore Street, pass the Spar on the right, drop down the hill and turn left into Hele Road, signposted Exeter. Turn third left into Landunvez Place and bear right, follow the road around and number 3 can be seen on the left with a Seddons' board.
