Large four bedroom detached family home, with lovely countryside views. Situated in a sought after location with excellent local amenities. No onward chain.
This four bedroom detached house is offered to the market with no onward chain. It is situated on the outskirts of the Duchy town of Bradninch, with the architecture inspired by the Prince of Wales to retain the character and charm of the area.
The property backs onto farmland so a pleasant view is enjoyed from both the garden and from the windows at the rear of the property. On the ground floor there is a cloakroom, sitting room which has doors to the rear garden, a good sized kitchen/dining room, which again has doors out to the garden and built in appliances including an oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher and there is a useful utility room.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms; two doubles and two singles. The master bedroom is a particularly good size with built in cupboards and has an en-suite shower room. The main bathroom also benefits from a separate shower enclosure.
The rear garden has a patio, ideal for entertaining on whilst enjoying the view and sun. There is also a lawn with flower and shrub beds. There is a pedestrian door into the garage which has power and light connected and to the front and side of the garage there is off road parking.
Bradninch has a good range of local amenities including a convenience store and post office, a popular primary school (recently rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted), local pubs, recreation facilities, a doctor’s practice and churches. Exeter, the M5 motorway and rail links are all readily accessible and there are regular bus services through the town.
