Seddons in Tiverton

Dan has been with Seddons for 18 years now and is a Partner with a vested interest in the continued success of the business. Overseeing the head office in Tiverton and striving to push the business forward. As well as focusing on the valuation and sales of prime town and country property, his extensive market knowledge has contributed to the success of the company.

Susie is a key member of our Tiverton Sales team. She loves where she lives and is an active member and advocate for the local community – she’s even served as the Mayor of Tiverton.

Sue brings a lot of fun and laughter everywhere she goes and is a real asset to our Tiverton Sales team, with 20 years experience in estate agency – she always has her finger on the pulse.

As a keen runner, Sue has taken part in multiple half and full marathons. You’ll see her pounding the paths around Tiverton with her local running group.

Alison is our weekend negotiator, with a passion for property and a wealth of local knowledge.

She lives in nearby in Bolham and enjoys long country walks with her dog.

Charity has recently joined the Seddons team and is learning the ropes in the busy Tiverton office.

She loves being out in the Devon countryside and spends her time getting involved in various country pursuits.

Kevin has a wealth of local knowledge and lives locally at Bickleigh.  Outside of work and in his spare time, Kevin enjoys motorcycle racing and cross country running.

Julie is our Lettings Manager and can be relied upon to keep her cool in a crisis. She keeps everything “smooth-rolling” for our whole Lettings department.

Ione has spent her whole life living in the Tiverton area so has great local knowledge.

Away from work Ione enjoys walking her dogs and socialising. She likes to travel and is gradually ticking countries off her bucket list.

Julie works in our lettings team and is often jetting about in one of our smart cars to view our lettings properties.

She moved away from Devon for a long time, but recently came to her senses and relocated back here, where she loves to spend time on the coast.

Jo is the newest member of the Lettings team. Outside of work she enjoys, going to car shows, spending time with family, and visiting her favourite places which are Lynton and Lynmouth

Jonathan has over 10 years experience of estate agency and has a huge passion for property and helping tenants find their next home. When he is not working in property, he enjoys catching up with family and friends along with the occasional running!
