From Junction 27 of the M5, take the A361 towards Tiverton / North Devon taking the first exit signed Sampford Peverell. Turn left towards the village and after about half a mile take the first right in to Whitnage Road. Continue straight on, leaving the village and then take the first left signed Whitnage. As you enter the hamlet turn right at the T junction and the property is immediately on the left.
