From Seddons' Cullompton office, proceed out of the town on the B3181 in the direction of Willand. Pass through Willand on the main road and at the roundabout, turn right to Uffculme. Proceed into the centre of Uffculme and continue through the lower part of the square, turning right in front of the church into Bridge Street and continue over the River Culm. Pass the Magelake Hall and playing fields on the right and where the road bears sharp left, turn right up the hill. The cottage can then be seen on the right with Seddons' board.
