This is a particularly large coach house situated on the outskirts of the town. The property has been very well maintained by the vendors who have also added an extra store room to the large garage which also has a handy electric door.
The general assumption is that modern properties always have small bedrooms - not this one. We have seen these coach houses reconfigured to offer three bedrooms. There are two large double bedrooms with plenty of space for wardrobes and chests of drawers. Bedroom two has a recessed area that would easily be adapted for fitted wardrobes if required. The sitting room is a comfortable size with an archway to the dining room and opening through to the kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with plenty of storage, an electric oven and gas hob with extractor over; and space and plumbing for a washing machine.
The garage is larger than average and the owners have added a separate store which could be used as a hobby room or a study.
Waylands Road is just off of Lea road on the Northern outskirts of then town. It is very conveniently placed for easy access into the centre of Tiverton and located nearby is a small parade of shops including Tesco Express and a bus stop with a regular service in to town.
Tiverton is a thriving market town with a good shopping centre and an excellent range of educational and recreational facilities. The town has fast dual carriage way access to Junction 27of the M5 motorway and adjacent mainline station (Paddington in about two hours).
Please see the floor plan for full details of the layout and dimensions of the accommodation.
From Bolham roundabout at the end of the dual carriage way, head towards the town taking the first left on to Lea Road. As you get to the top of the hill you will see Waylands Road on the left. Turn in here and either park up and walk back along the footpath to the front door or bear left and head down a short way where you can park at the back of the coach house on the left.
Mains electricity, gas, water and drainage.
