'The Stables' is located in the pretty Exe Valley and is part of Rewe Barton, originally a working farm, and now a small development of high quality, Grade II listed barn conversions in a popular village setting, a short drive from Exeter.
The living accommodation is arranged on the first floor and comprises a large kitchen/dining room, with ample space for a large dining table and easy chairs, ideal for entertaining. Adjoining, there is a very relaxing, spacious sitting room, with a gas fired 'wood burner' and exposed ceiling beams and joists, giving a lovely homely atmosphere, and the windows of both rooms overlook distant rolling countryside. Downstairs, there are three bedrooms, the master bedroom with a spacious, contemporary en suite shower room with large shower cubicle, and there is also a family bathroom with white suite.
'The Stables' does not have its own garden but overlooks and is able to use a large communal courtyard, attractively landscaped with a contemporary water feature, established trees and shrubs and lighting, ideal for those keen to relax at the weekend, rather than lawn mowing! From the property, lovely walks and bike rides through the rural lanes are readily accessible, and the popular Killerton House and Estate, managed by the National Trust, is within easy reach.
The property has two private parking spaces and there is some visitors parking. A maintenance charge of £42.50 per calendar month covers all aspects and costs of maintaining and servicing the communal areas of Rewe Barton, more details of which can be obtained from the agents.
Rewe lies in the Exe Valley and has some local services as well as being a short drive or bus ride from the cathedral city of Exeter, with a full range of amenities including excellent shopping, schooling and recreation provision. The motorway, rail links and regular bus services are readily accessible, ideal for commuting.

Rewe lies on the A396 Exe Valley road, between Tiverton and Exeter. If approaching from Tiverton, to the north, pass the Rewe village sign and then the war memorial to the right, staying on the main road, and after a short distance the Rewe Barton complex can be seen on the right, with a Seddons' board displayed. Follow the signs to the parking for The Stables, number 8, and then proceed into the courtyard and the far left corner, where the front door of 'The Stables' can be seen.
Mains water (metered), electricity, drainage and gas.
