Take the A361 North Devon Link road heading towards Barnstaple. Follow this road and turn left at Two Gates Cross signposted to Rackenford. Follow this road, at the junction turn right, in approx 1 mile you will reach the grass triangle on your left where you need to bear left, then left again to Rackenford. Follow the road into the village for approx 200m then turn left again and you will see the property straight ahead.
