From Seddons' Cullompton office, proceed out of the town in the direction of Bradninch, passing the Padbrook Golf and Leisure Centre. On reaching Bradninch, proceed through Fore Street and down the hill of High Street. Turn first right into the well-hidden narrow lane at the bottom of the hill, named Back Street, immediately after the hairdressing salon. Follow the cobbled road to the end and the bungalow will be on your left hand side with a Seddons' board.
