The larger towns of Cullompton and Honiton are convenient, with the latter having a main line railway station with services to Waterloo. Junction 28 of the M5 lies at Cullompton making commuting to Exeter and Taunton very convenient, also giving access to Tiverton Parkway Station at Junction 27 (Paddington 2.5 hours).

From Seddons Cullompton office, proceed out of the town towards the motorway and cross over the roundabout at junction 28, in the direction of Honiton A373. Proceed for approximately four miles driving through the village of Dulford and on leaving the village turn almost immediately left, sign posted Kerswell, and proceed to the centre of the village, taking the first turning on the left. Follow this road around to the right, where you will see Southview cottage on your left.
