The market town of Tiverton lies 9 miles to the south with good facilities including several supermarkets, a wide range of shops, modern hospital, leisure centre and schools including Blundell's School. From Tiverton there is fast access via the North Devon Link Road to the M5 Motorway at junction 27 and Tiverton Parkway mainline station providing trains to London Paddington in just 2 hours. The whole area is well know for its outstanding natural beauty with Exmoor National Park just 3.5 miles to the north and the beaches of the beautiful North Devon coast are only a 40 minute drive.

The ground floor comprises a sitting room with fireplace and multi fuel burning stove, the kitchen with fitted units, Rayburn, and space for cooker, fridge and dishwasher. A stable door leads into the conservatory/ utility room with a fitted base unit, space and plumbing for washing machine and door to outside. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, and a single bedroom and family bathroom with panelled bath, pedestal basin, WC and airing cupboards housing the hot water cylinder. Outside, to the front of the property a wrought iron gate leads to the front door with an enclosed area of walled garden and the oil tank.
