The village is well known for its excellent road and rail links, active community and is great for walkers with the Grand Western canal and easy access onto Devonshire lanes! The village also lies within the catchment area of the ever popular Uffculme Secondary School.

From Junction 27 of the M5 motorway take the A361 North Devon link road, turning first left, sign posted Sampford Peverell. Turn left at the roundabout and proceed towards the village. Take the first turning right into Whitnage Road. Take the third left turn into Boobery, then the second right into The Brendons. Take the first turn on the left and the property will be found a short way along on the right.
