'Poachers Pocket' is a terraced Georgian cottage constructed of local stone, overlooking the river Barle and open valley countryside within the Exmoor National Park. Situated on the level close to all the amenities of Dulverton in West Somerset on the southern edge of Exmoor National Park, the charming historic town offers a great variety of local convenience stores for all your everyday shopping needs, popular pubs, restaurants, library, doctors surgery, pharmacy, Infant and Junior Schools The market town of Tiverton lies approx. 12 miles to the south with dual carriageway access to Junction 27 of the M5 Motorway and Tiverton Parkway mainline station with services to London (Paddington approx. 2 hours)
A charming cottage retaining many period features. The cosy living room has a stone fireplace and a small window seat. The kitchen has wood work tops and shelving, with plenty of storage in the fitted units, plus an oil fired Rayburn for cooking, hot water and radiators. For the summer months, there is an electric cooker and immersion heater. Storage heaters are fitted throughout the property to supplement the heating and there is double glazing in most of the rooms.
