Take the B3137 out of Tiverton heading towards Witheridge. Follow this road until you come to the village of Nomansland, on reaching the village turn right just beyond the Mount Pleasant Inn. Then take the first left and then right again. Number 7 will be seen in front of you, just to the right. Alternatively take the North Devon link road for 5½ miles towards Barnstaple. Turn left at the first turning sign posted 'Rackenford'. Turn right at the main road and then take the first left. Continue on this road for 3½ miles. On entering the village of Nomansland, Eastwick Barton will be found on the right.
