Located just under 5 miles from Tiverton, Lower Bradley is a picturesque double fronted thatched farmhouse believed to date back to the early 1700's which still retains many of it's original features. It occupies a commanding position with stunning views out and over the valley through which the River Dart meanders. The property has been modernised and enhanced by the current owners and makes a wonderful family home with the opportunity to make use of the different areas of land for recreation. It is accessed via a private driveway (owned by the property and shared by one other) up to the house and gardens.
