At the Half Moon pub take the right hand turn signposted Poughill. In a short distance take the 1st left hand turn and proceed for approx. 1 mile. At the base of the hill take the 1st right hand turn onto Coddiford Lane. The property is 500 yards along the lane on the right hand side.
