From the Dulverton office proceed left into Lady Street past the post office, and into Northmoor Road. Follow the road up onto the moor and take the right hand turn signed to Exford. On reaching the village turn right over the river bridge and continue towards the Church up Church Hill and the property will be found on the right just before reaching the Church.
