This park home is situated amongst similar properties on a popular site, on the outskirts of the town, yet you could walk to the town centre in approximately 20 minutes. Alternatively there is a bus stop close by that takes you into the town on several week days. The accommodation comprises good sized rooms, with a sitting room which is light having a number of windows, a dining area/large hallway, kitchen, bathroom and two decent sized bedrooms. The current owners have made improvements to the outside space which now provides a very pleasant decking area and there is a garden shed. Just a short walk from the property is an allocated parking space and there is also visitors parking on the site. Unusually for a park home there is central heating installed through mains gas. The site is a residential one meaning that you can live there all year round and it is for the over 50's. The site fees we understand are £160 per month.

Turn left into Northcote Road, signposted for Otter Valley Park. Park in the vistors parking walk into The Bramleys the property can be found in front slightly up the hill.
