The property has a very nice living area, which benefits from an impressive vaulted ceiling and large floor to ceiling windows allowing plenty of light in. The kitchen is of high quality and offers plenty of storage space. Immediately outside of the living area is a large decked area with smart outside lighting. Both bedrooms are doubles, with the master benefiting from a useful dressing area as well as a very nice en suite shower room. The family bathroom is large and contemporary. From our Honiton office proceed up the High street towards Axminster. At the mini-roundabout bear left onto Monkton Road. Pass over the A30 bridge and before joining the A30, turn left, sign posted Dunkeswell. After approximately 2 miles and upon reaching the top of the hill, bear left sign posted Dunkeswell. Upon entering the village, pass the petrol station and turn right into Highfields Road. Take the fourth turning on the right into Louis Way and proceed through the estate and into Blossom Hill Park. This lodge is situated before the main entrance to the site on the left. There are secure gates that we have access to.
