Drakes meadow is a small development on the edge of the popular village of Yarcombe. The house is towards the end of the cul de sac and backs onto open countryside. The kitchen is fitted with a good range of modern units and opens out to the utility area which has a door into the rear garden and door into the garage. The kitchen enjoys views over the garden and neighbouring countryside. The main living rooms are a good size with patio doors into the garden from the dining room and there is a useful downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, one with an en suite, as well as a family bathroom. On the second floor there is a very spacious 5th bedroom. Outside at the front of the is plenty of off road parking with access to the garage. To the rear there is a larger than average garden with mature shrubs and a large level lawn which would be ideal for families. It overlooks the neighbouring fields from which superb views can be enjoyed and has a good degree of privacy.
Please see the floor plan for full details of the layout and dimensions of the accommodation.
