From Seddons' Cullompton office proceed to the left to Willand on the B3181. Proceed through Willand and at the large roundabout take the right turn to Uffculme B3440. Proceed for approximately 1.5 miles to The Square and keep to the right, proceeding into Bridge Street, in the direction of Craddock and Culmstock. On leaving the village, Parsonage Farm can be seen on the right with a right turn immediately thereafter. Turn here and proceed up the hill for approximately 100 metres and then turn right, (which has nameplates for the properties).
