This attractive, stone barn conversion lies in a quiet position, opposite common grazing land and overlooking mature gardens and farmland to the rear. The spacious accommodation is ideal for a growing family and very comfortable, with recent improvements including a new kitchen and replacement boiler, as well as having uPVC double glazing, a solid fuel/wood burner in the sitting room, providing a lovely background warmth, and solar (Photo Voltaic) panels generating electricity at a high tariff rate.

The gardens are a prime feature of the property with the principle rooms overlooking the rear garden and patio doors giving easy access to paved sitting areas. To one side, there is a small barn with parking to the fore and providing ample garage and storage space. Behind the barn, there is a designated vegetable garden with raised beds and established fruit trees.

East Great Moors lies on the edge of the popular village of Kerswell, between Cullompton and Honiton, close to the Blackdown Hills, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, very popular for walking, riding and cycling. The larger towns of Cullompton and Honiton are within easy reach, with Honiton main line railway station providing regular services to Waterloo. Junction 28 of the M5 lies five miles away at Cullompton, ideal for commuting to Exeter and Taunton and also giving access to Tiverton Parkway Station at Junction 27 with services to Paddington (2-2.5 hours).
