From Seddons' Cullompton office turn right and take the first right into Tiverton Road. After about half a mile turn left into Swallow Way and proceed through the new development. Number 60 is off to the left, clearly marked, 60-78 Swallow Way. Proceed to the end of the cul de sac and number 60 is the last house on the left with a Seddons' board.
