From Seddons' Cullompton office in the High Street of Cullompton proceed on the B3181 towards Willand. After approximately half a mile, at the first roundabout, turn right into Saxon Way and proceed through the development bearing right and thereafter turn left into Norman Drive. Take the next right into Tudor Grove and then into York Place. Follow the road to end and bear left where you will see an arch way. To the left of the archway are two garages.
