From Seddons Cullompton office, proceed out of the town towards the motorway and cross over the roundabout at junction 28, in the direction of Honiton A373. Proceed for approximately four miles driving through the village of Dulford and on leaving the village turn almost immediately left at the phone box, signposted Kerswell, and proceed to the centre of the village where 2 Hope Cottages can be seen on the right, once again just past the phone box on the right.
