From Seddons Cullompton office, proceed out of the town to the left, in the direction of Willand on the B3181. Proceed through the village and at the large roundabout, adjoining the new development, turn right on the B3440, sign posted Uffculme. Proceed through the village, bearing right through The Square into Bridge Street. Continue past the playing fields and village hall and bear left on the road to Craddock and Culmstock. On reaching the hamlet of Craddock, turn right (with the iron railings of Craddock House in front of you) towards Ashill. After approximately 50 meters, turn right again and after a short distance Craddock Cottages can be seen on the left, with number 2 marked with a Seddons' board.
