The property provides an annexe, historically used as secondary accommodation for relatives.
Our vendor comments: The land attached to this property is just waiting to help its new owners on the road to (semi) self sufficiency. The hard work has already been done - since 1990 the vegetable beds have been maintained and extended - dug, fertilized and producing potatoes, beans, onions and other vegetables. The orchard has been established for many years with eating and cooking apples as well as pears. There is even a productive fig tree if you can keep the birds away.
The grounds, including the field, have been used for keeping geese, hens and sheep.
Bradninch has a good range of local amenities including a convenience store and post office, a popular primary school, recently rated 'outstanding' by Ofsted, local pubs, recreation facilities, a doctor's surgery and churches. Exeter, the motorway and rail links are all readily accessible and there are regular bus services through the town.
