Fantastic views over the countryside
'Chidgeys Cottage' is a quaint and cosy cottage set in the quiet hamlet of Cutcombe, just on the outskirts of Wheddon Cross. The cottage has direct access to wonderful walks across open countryside, taking in the Exmoor scenery. The kitchen, which is in need of refurbishment, has a wonderful view from the window overlooking the fields to the rear, being accessed from the entrance porch, which is a useful area for coats and boots. The living room is spacious with a large inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove and again, with great views across the fields to the rear. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a shower room. Outside to the front of the property, there is a small cottage garden that is in need of some tidying and maintenance, but with ample space to make a lovely west facing seating/ patio area. The cottage in general requires some modernisation and upgrading, which would create the most lovely Exmoor cottage in a superb spot!
Please see the floor plan for the dimensions. The internal photos have been taken with a wide angle lens to show more of the rooms.
