From the landing, door with stairs up to two attic rooms, one with a velux window and offering potential for further bedroom accommodation, if required.

Outside, to the rear of the property, is a southerly facing, walled courtyard garden. Double gates from Mary Lane give access to the parking area. There is also a pedestrian gate from Mary Lane into the courtyard garden. A covered storage area gives access to the workshop.
