Heading towards Axminster on the A35 from Honiton, proceed through Wilmington and after approximately 1.5 miles, turn left just after Starbucks signposted for Dalwood. Turn right and follow the road into the village. Go through the village, past the pub on the right hand side. After approximately 1/2 a mile turn left at the crossroads signposted Heathstock. Continue on this road for approximately 1 mile and the property can be found on the left; identified by our for sale board.
