From Junction 28 of the M5 at Cullompton, proceed in the direction of Honiton, A373. After approximately 2.5 miles take a left turn at Post Cross to Kentisbeare. Proceed towards the village and take the second right turn, sign posted Blackborough, Stowford Water, Sainthill and proceed along the lanes for approximately 2 miles to Blackborough. As the road rises to the T junction, 3 New Buildings can be seen on the right with a Seddons board.
