Letting and Property Management Services

Emerald is a partner at Seddons and is based in our Bampton Office and has an extensive knowledge of the property industry including sales and lettings.

Emerald was born in Bampton and grew up in the area, and as such knows the area considerably well.

Julie is our Lettings Manager and can be relied upon to keep her cool in a crisis. She keeps everything “smooth-rolling” for our whole Lettings department.

Ione has recently joined our busy Lettings team in Tiverton having previously worked in the lettings industry in Taunton. As she has spent her whole life living in the Tiverton area she has great local knowledge.

Away from work Ione enjoys walking her dogs, trips to the beach and has a passion for travel, gradually ticking countries off her bucket list.

Julie works in our lettings team and if often jetting about in one of our smart cars to view our lettings properties.

She moved away from Devon for a long time, but recently came to her senses and relocated back here, where she loves to spend time on the coast.

Lauren has recently joined our lettings team. Lauren grew up in Tiverton, got married in Vegas, has two young daughters and a POM-CHI dog called Hugo.

Lauren Likes going for walks and going out for food, her favourite place to eat is Wagamamas!

Lorrae has been working with Seddons for many years – in fact, her mother worked here too! She worked in our Lettings department and is based in Tiverton.  Lorrae is the current title holder of the Seddons Bake Off Challenge and regularly makes some delicious cakes for the office.

Lyn is the newest member to our Lettings Team having recently relocated to Devon.  She is Arla qualified and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with her having been in the industry her whole career.

Lyn has 2 miniature Dachshunds and is enjoying exploring the beautiful Devon countryside and coastline.
