This is a pretty two bedroom cottage tucked away in a delightful setting within the popular village of Stoodleigh. Stoodleigh is a very pretty village with its lovely old church situated above the beautiful Exe Valley about five miles to the north of Tiverton and six miles to the south of Bampton, a charming viillage with popular pubs and restaurants, butcher, baker, greengrocer, chemist, doctor's practice, primary school, post office and a lovely 15th century church.

The larger market town of Tiverton provides a good shopping centre and excellent educational facilities including Blundell's School, East Devon College of Further Education and Tiverton High School. Just outside Tiverton is an eighteen hole golf course and from the town there is fast dual carriageway access to Junction 27 of the M5 motorway with its adjacent mainline station - London Paddington in about two hours. The whole area is well known for its outstanding natural beauty with Exmoor National Park just 10 miles to the north and the beaches of the beautiful North Devon coast are only a 40 minute drive away.

Directions: From Tiverton take the A396 north towards Bampton for approximately three miles. Turn left sign posted Stoodleigh Directions From Bampton proceed out of the town in the Tiverton direction joining the A396 at the Exeter Inn.  Continue through Cove and take the next turning on the right, sign posted for Stoodleigh.

Cross the bridge following the lane to the right. This road is known as Stoodleigh Drive. Follow this road up to the village for about two miles.  When you reach the village you will see the Stoodleigh Inn on your left. Just beyond this turn left. Drop down the hill and bear left on the private drive where the property will be seen straight ahead.
