Seddons Financial are an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) established in 2009 with the aim of providing impartial financial advice to our individual and corporate clients.
Seddons Financial is run by Graham Land, an experienced financial adviser who has worked in the financial services industry for 18 years.
We specialise in providing clients with advice in the following areas:

We can offer our clients the options of fee or commission based advice, with consultations available at your home, work or our offices in Bampton, Chulmleigh, Crediton, Cullompton, Dulverton, Honiton and Tiverton.

For mortgage advice we do not usually charge a fee because we receive commission from the lender. However, you could choose to receive the commission and pay us a fee instead, which would typically be 0.5% of the loan. So for a £100,000 mortgage, our fee would be £500.
