Rob is a partner in Seddons with an excellent reputation as a trusted adviser to numerous clients.
Rob started the Cullompton office in 1999 having worked with Nick prior to that and together, they could write a book on tales of an estate agent’s life.
‘’In the early days, as a young Negotiator, I went to view a town house in Tiverton with a basement bedsit, which, unbeknown to me, was let separately. It was a bright, spring morning and full of enthusiasm, with the viewers on my shoulder, I threw the French doors open to impress them with the additional space they could be purchasing. We were met by a couple having a Saturday morning lie-in!’’
His favourite part of Devon is the upper River Yealm, east of Plymouth, on a yacht with his wife, a favourite anchorage before children came and the yacht went.
Rob has travelled the world working in some amazing places with jobs including gold mining in Western Australia, making margaritas in a Mexican restaurant in Surfer’s Paradise and haymaking in New Zealand.
He is a keen sailor but hopes he doesn’t fall in as his webbed toes don’t help him swim any better!
Tracey is in charge of the sales department in the office.
At the risk of sounding like a cliché her favourite place in Devon is genuinely Honiton “My grandparents live here and I have many fond childhood memories of staying here with my brother and sister and being spoilt rotten!”
Her hidden talent is that she has a distinction in Grade 8 piano so she is a great asset to any party!
Rachel is the office administrator and sales progressor and likes nothing better than a busy office to organise.
Her favourite place in Devon is Exmouth where she likes to spend time by the sea with her family and she uses her organisational skills at her local primary school where she is an active member of the PTA.
