About our Agricultural Department
Our Agricultural department is based at our Tiverton office and specialises in the sale and letting of farms and agricultural land throughout the "Seddons" area.
The department is run by Richard Stagg, an experienced chartered surveyor and auctioneer who has specialised in agricultural work in the West Country for over eighteen years. Richard is the third generation in his family to work as an auctioneer and surveyor in Tiverton, following both his father John and Grandfather Leslie.
Richard is ably assisted by Kathryn Smith who previously worked for a large Exeter law firm. Kathryn keeps horses and enjoys equestrian pursuits. The final member of the team is Will Chanter, who has recently qualified as a Chartered Surveyor. Will was born and bred on Exmoor, where he is involved in a wide number of countryside activities.
