About the Tiverton Branch
The Tiverton office is Seddons Head Office where can be found a very busy residential sales office on the ground floor and Seddons Agricultural Department on the first floor.
The sales office has a great team with Nick Seddon at the helm, together with daughter Emerald Seddon, step son Dan Barclay, as well as Lynda Taylor and Ann Hern. Nick, a Chartered Surveyor has some 40 years of Estate Agency experience in the Tiverton area and is known locally as “Mr Tiverton”.
The Tiverton office is prominently situated in the main street near the Town Hall. Inside in one corner is a real thatched Wendy house full of toys to keep the childen happy whilst mum and dad concentrate on the business to hand.

More about Tiverton
Tiverton is a busy market town with a population of about 22,000 set in the picturesque Exe valley about 10 miles to the north of Exeter.
The town lies on the A361 North Devon Link Road providing fast access to the North Devon coast and also to Junction 27 of the M5 which lies about 7 miles to the east, and adjoining which is Tiverton Parkway station - Paddington in about two and a half hours.
Surrounding the town is typical Devon countryside with the Exe Valley running south to Exeter and north to the rugged moors of Exmoor.
